I have GIMP and yep I can rotate. This is going to be great!!!!!!!!

Hey guys,
I know in photoshop you could create a template with the neckline area visible and just overlay it onto the new jersey.The template wil tell you where to not put script, logos etc. Or use an already made jersey, using it as a guide.
New screenshots?? I haven't seen those yet!!
