2006 Customization Guide Repost?

I wanted to get a jump on creating logos and converting my stadium pics for import when 2007 comes out. I've tried to download the 2006 customization guide for the logo and player photo specs, but the link is dead. Can this be reposted?

With the seemingly recent rapid development of additional material to the FaceGen arena, will FaceGen along with hats, jerseys, and the like be able to be added to the initial installment of this guide along with the basic and traditional areas like logos, etc...? Were css style sheets ever effectively covered in any version of this guide?
