Apparently Marc is into blasting. See http://www.freepatentsonline.com/5271779.html, "Making a reduced volume strength blasting composition," in the section "SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION":
"Still another object is to provide a reduced composition which will blow-load into bore-hole charges of low density without dusting, component segregation or unintended deposition."

Come to think of it, we already have screenshots of both the broadcast and webcast screens, and I doubt either will change dramatically upon release. So maybe I'll start working on the in-game mock-up now.
Ultimately, I think the solution would involve some kind of rollover or pop-up animation to display everything we want on the broadcast screen. Therefore, I'll probably just prepare a couple different mock-ups to show varying ideas. |

So when can we read it?

Anyway, I just hope the "baserunners" are a deep yellow color. I think that would stand out and look good. BTW, I use both screens. I now mainly switch to the Webcast during certain tense moments and then I use pitch by pitch mode. |

(Do they to TRTR on weekends? I don't recall from last year.)

They do. Which is good, because I was going to get seriously cranky if I had to wait til Monday for my (first) blog to go up.

Good point on the baserunners. Has always been a problem in v2006 for me, but I know this has been addressed.Quote:
On the L/R splits (this is a bad, bad place to mention it for anyone to pay any attention to it), but has the lineup screen been adjusted at all so the default stats are seasonal and not pitcher oppositional? Maybe folks prefer it that way, but I'd rather see the season stats/ratings and have an option to toggle to the switch rather than having it default to how the batters have faired against the pitcher of the opposite hand. Often my PH decisions are based on L/R, but my lineup is often influenced by a season's current overall performance level.

You know, the more I've been thinking about your post the more it sort of bothered me. I remember seeing your post which ONLY SAID "I look forward to reviewing these new screenshots." at the time I posted mine. I also made sure that no one already made a post about it. The ONLY conclusion I can come up with is that you edited your post afterwards. Last edited by BusterKing : 02-24-2007 at 05:50 PM. |

Keep up the good eye BusterKing. Give this version a thorough examination. All of your comments contribute to helping the game reach its potential as the best.

Thanks for the compliment. My first ever beta testing experience has been a good one. So impressed by how thick-skinned Markus is to bring in such a harsh critic of 2006.

Just knowing that he reads some of the terrible stuff that is written here about him and his pride and joy (circa Summer 2006, for example) and that he still participates and communicates on these boards is an indication of his hard shell and good nature.
