Database Structure

Is the underlying database structure in 2007 very similar to 2006, ie the dat files?

The one thing that I didn't like about setting up a league in 2006 was getting all the ballparks right so I've just written a program that let me edit the parks.csv that gets created from a database dump and re-generate the parks.dat from it.

Will it still work in 2007?

And will the fields like foul_ground have any value other than 0 in 2007 for example?
