Will 2007 still use text files for fictional player names?

One of the best parts of ootp 6 was the sheer customization options with simply editing first and last name text files. Please tell me we can still do this with 2007?

You could do this in 2006 already.

So does it use the exact same txt files as 2006? like names.dat, fnames.dat? If so how does it handle nationalities now? I would like to start making my names files before release.

Thank you for your feedback

They have been tweaked, to some extent.

The format of names files is the same as in 2006. If you grab a copy of the 2006 Customization Guide, all of the instructions in there for customizing names is still accurate.

Only the actual names and frequencies have changed.

I read that and immediately flashed on old "Dragnet" reruns.
