Chris,

I just copied a OOTP 2006 league to a CD (I have no partitions), and it imported fine.

In the select file dialog, you need to hit the "up" button until the drive list appears, then select the E: drive, and then go from there... works like a charm here.

The what does the explorer button do or I should say why is it there :-)? Will take me quite a few up down up down clicks to get to my directory.

If by chance Marc accepts my bribe and I'm selected for the preview, does the five days begin on Monday or from activation? The reason I ask is that I'm going to be quite busy for much this week and probably won't have an opportunity to try it out even if I was selected.

i posted this in the preview forum and thought I'd share, and since my pills have kicked in i don't want to restate

I am a bit concerned that setting up the corporate leagues that i play has become overly cumbersome. but i am willing to hold judgement on that while i learn. It did take a bunch of trail and error to learn how to set up previous versions I should give this version the same learning curve.

as for online play: do the ftp upload features work better than 6.5? that thing was so slow to upload the reports it was insane, even my fiber connection couldn't spped it up. and with the added depths of the reports increasing the size, plus I have more webspace than i know what to do with I would be inclined to upload a pretty much full report and am wondering just how long it would take via the in-game feature. I suppose i could test it and see

at the moment it looks like converting my 6.5 league to 07 would completely change the character and force me to make basic changes the league. At this point i would be more inclined to start a second "sister" league. Being able to trick 6.5 into giving me 2 drafts really makes the CLB work. Maybe a solution will come to me at some point.

I never thought that i would budge of my "no chance in hell" stance. and while i am not sold yet, i have made a big jump to the top of the fence.
