There are two ways draws get done in the UK.

The first one as used by ITV and Channel 4 is to get people to enter and then draw winners based on a completely different set of entrants (ie, we're told it's people who have pre-ordered but in fact it will be from the people who have used the word 'scrumptious' in a forum post)

Or, you need a team of independent adjudicators to oversee the draw and make sure it is performed in an entirely random fashion (most other countries when they draw lotteries just press a button and let the machine do the work, here they have to have a visible checker and time checks).

I would imagine the draw will be mid-afternoon our time as I suspect most pre-orderers are from the States and won't be up till midday GMT.

a) working out how many people pre-ordering
b) generating a list of 100 random numbers between 1 and the value of a)

Ha, ha, I wonder what percentage of OOTP players are also Star Wars geeks. Based on the popluation of some fantasy baseball leagues I've been in, I'm going to guess that at least 90% of OOTP players have also had at least one Star Wars figure in their lifetime.
