Larry,

I'm concerned about you. Your blog started nicely, but then revealed some deeply repressed dark tendencies. 5 PLAYERS EATEN BY LIONS (Not the Detroit Lions I hope! They have no teeth!

) Then later you "KILL ALL THE FREE AGENTS". Is it the pressure of being a comedian or that of writing all the great programs you come up with? Please call Dr. Phil.

As for the different ways to play the games, is there a way to avoid duplicating real players? I think most of the DB's out there have the Lahman code, can the game recognize it or is that just not possible?

He also has posted a news story about a mascot choking to death on a chicken bone. The violent streak runs deep. Very deep.

Have been playing since 6.0, up graded to 6.5, tried 2006 last year, LOVED the interface and all the stats, just for some reason never pulled the trigger. Something was missing. Now after reading all the buzz on 2007 I can hardly wait for the 23^rd.>>
