OOTP2007 unzips to 136 MB, 2006 was 150MB, I know Markus said they "tightened" up the code, BUT 15 MB worth...WOW!!

That's very impressive considering they also added in FaceGen and TONS of improvements. Great work guys!

I think the difference is that Marcus used smaller fonts.
