Setting Fictional League History in Advance

I know that with 2007 we will be able to set up our fictional history in advance as long as the league abreviations are NL and AL, but I was wondering a couple of other things with this feature.

1) How many divisions can we have? In Lahman the divisions are indicated by a single character (E, W, C, or blank). Are we going to be allowed to expand this to include more divisions?

2) What information is needed in the Teams.csv to get this to work. Do we need to have a W-L and stats for each team? Along with this, if the Park factors are blank would that cause a problem for the import?

3) Is there a way for OOTP2007 to distinguish between the City and Nickname from the database. For example, if I have a team named the Greater Twin Cities Running River Rats then will the import be able to recognize the city name and Nickname? If not, if I correct it on the first season will the next season see this as a new team name?

Bump. Since I asked on a weekend, maybe the work week will yield an answer?

I did a little bit of testing on this but not enough to get you a certain answer.

1) Good question. From what I can tell I woudn't think so.

2)I'm not certain on the park factor thing but having it I would think you probably want something there because you dont want it to revert to 0. (1.000 should do)

3)As long as in their separate columns in the database it should distinguish them.

Like I said, I'm purely guessing.

In the Teams.csv there is not a seperate column for city and nickname just one column for Name.

In truth, I should not complain because this is like a bonus feature and can only help me with my fictional universe.

I was actually going to ask all three of these questions myself.

I get the feeling that this version of the game isn't meant to do what we want it to do in this regard, so it probably won't work quite right. I'm hoping Markus expands this to work with fictional in a patch or at least in the 2008 release. I'm thinking he didn't realize there would be a call for this sort of thing in fictional leagues. But fictional leagues with pre-planned histories are my favorite.
