Graphics help

Howdy gang!!

I am looking for some help with changing the perspective of the field on the top, I would like to get the perspective like the one on the bottom. Paint SHop Pro 8 doesn't seem to have the right kind of perspective effect. Does any one know what program that would do this?? I am trying to make some stadiums for the new game and other versions, but the real one on the top is just too flat.

ehhh here is what photoshop does but it kinda ruins the picture

You really need a shot taken from the perspective you want it at. Otherwise, well, you can see what happened for rocknfire.
