Minor issue but I dread it every year.

Will I have toggle back and forth attempting figure out the coordinates for player positions in the ballparks I import? Is there any easier way? Perhaps publishing a coordinates map would make this task less time consuming.

I'm pretty sure you can just drag the player positions now. I'll double check to make sure..

You can move them around in-game now.

It's this kind of teamwork that will win out in XCOM

Well, I am impressed. This is hardly a very important issue, but it is nice to see this cleaned up.

Good development. It'll make putting our own layouts and stadium pictures in the game a whole lot easier.

Also remember that pictures can be on or off. This will be helpful if you use a small or non-standard park layout.

Maybe not the best, but without doubt an excellent one.

Is the ability to import/export ballparks in 2007? Being able to bring in ballparks similar to how you could in 6.5 would also be a huge help in league set-up/migration. Being able to import 6.5 ballparks and convert them to 2007 similar to how you could import OOTP 5 ballparks and update them to 6.x would be super huge. Do you think the promise of a case of Grolsch would grease the wheels with Markus any?

God, I loved that game on the PC.

There's the classic example of a game whose subsequent versions never lived up to the potential of the original.

Very sad.

Do the drag & drop positions snap to any sort of a grid? Or is it completely free-form?

Actually, I thought it was very important. I'd campaigned for this since OOTP4, and it was one of the first things I wanted added in OOTP2k7.

Masters of Orion is my example. MOO2 was a Civilization rip-off, and I'm told MOO3 was even worse (though that's difficult to imagine).

But really all I want to do is play.

So I'll try harder to be patient and hopefully the board will be patient with me.
And yes, I am still continuing my campaign to promote adding a 'mass select' option to Out of the Park 10.

I loved MOO2 - though I bought it shortly after getting into CivII so that might explain why I liked it so much. MOO3 was terrible.
