Hey Marc - My Card Was Doubled Charged

Marc,

I pre-ordered today and checked my bank on something else and saw that my card had been charged $34.99 twice. Is there a number I can call to resolve this or at least check on it.

Thanks! Can't wait to be majorly distracted come Thursday!

If God exists, I think he just got me back for joking around yesterday. I ordered the game last night and it looks like I got charged twice as well.

It;s easily fixed, and usually a knock on from a deline or problem the first time.

ha ha ha - Spleen that is classic. Thats what you get for asking for my credit card info! LOL

Mine still shows up today as a double charge. Elicense said give it 14 days...14 days??????!!!!

Let me know if yours gets resolved...mine hasn't...yet.

Did you have any problems when ordering?

The city of my address has recently changed. When I entered the new one as my address, it rejected my card. When I put in the old one, it took it. I only got one confirmation e-mail.

I'm sure the issue will get worked out, but this sucks.

Maximum refund is $7, from what I've heard.

Almost identical to what happened with mine. I moved and did the wrong address. So instead of saying "error" they just charge the card twice. I say we get the game today instead of the interest!
