I would say E-license.

E-license helps you get your game licensed after you've bought it, assuming your transaction has gone through. My PC crashed over the weekend and I lost the email with my license for the beta copy. I emailed them this morning and got my license back within 3 hours.

On the other hand, if your issue isn't an e-license issue, or you don't know if it is an e-license issue, it couldn't hurt to drop Marc an email or a PM.

I can often save waiting for elicense as I have the ability to do almost everything via their online management system

Like I said, I have the confirmation number. If I have trouble downloading the game tomorrow or Friday I'll contact eLicence. My VISA was charged weeks ago, so I'm sure they have a record.

I pre-ordered and have heard nothing since. I have no record of confirmation unfortunately as I assumed I'd get a receipt sent to my E Mail.
Some people have advised contacting Marc, E License or both. Has anyone got their contact details?
