Preorder and then nothing?

I preordered with credit card today, but have yet to receive any sort of email acknowlidging the order. Is that correct? Seems a little sloppy.

OK,

so how do I check this? Based on your response I assume I should have received a message?

My bank account has already been charged the $34.99, so there is certainly no problem with the cash withdrawl function!

That is typically how it works, isn't it? I think you may need to contact eLicense directly.

Did you print out the order with the order id? This is all you really need when you download the game. I made sure that I grabbed the screen image of the order I made today, just in case something bad were to happen....

Also could be that your messages are being blocked as spam. Because of the notification method being automated the email service you are using may think it is spam and is blocking the notification..... happens to me all the time.....

Having the email blocked by spam has happened to me on more than one occasion to me over the years.

Hopefully you wrote or printed the ID number that shows up after the transaction has been processed or you have a spam folder that you can view and get it that way.

If all else fails...contact the viatech guys at eLicense and they will be able to look it up.

Yeah, check your spam filters and make sure that stuff from OOTPD isn't blocked, or you'll weep come Thursday when you don't have the pre-order download link.

If you can figure out a way of PMing Marc some fresh meat, he'll work even faster.

I didn't ever receive an email acknowledgement, but nothing was stopped by spamguard. I saved the confirmatin number of the order, and I assume that will work. Don't knwo about the day early though . . .

I also email and PM Marc about it and received no reply . . .

I'm pretty sure Marc is the project manager, and elicense handles the sales.

So when there's a problem with a sale, you contact... who?
