Question about OOTPBB2007 and ELicense

My husband asked me a question earlier, after I preordered, that I didn't have an answer to. Maybe someone here does

What happens if Viatech goes bankrupt out of the blue? Very unlikely, I know, but it does happen occasionally. What happens then--are we SOL? Thanks

How many computers can we have the game on? I'd like to have it both on my desktop and laptop.

Past versions have given two licenses. I've read nothing about OOTP 07 to indicate otherwise.

It's still 2 licenses per purchase and probably nobody except Marc Duffy has a clue what would happen if Viatech went belly up. Send him a PM and ask.
