Noob question.

Soooooo...can I import the Lahman database with complete history through 2006 into Icy's template; then import this roster to use going forward??

Why would you want to do that? I think that his roster will have records and such built in as this was originally built from an import from the 2006 lahman's database.

Yup, plus every minor leaguer without major league time in 2006 was created as well

Did you come up with a formula when giving players ratings based on stats?

Or its based on your guys opinions?

They are based on stats, I dont know the exact formula, that was Erich's work. I'm just putting together his work because he hasnt had the time lately with family stuff going on

I have a bit of problem right now... I am just about to begin ratings for all of the 2006 draft class pitchers. I had hoped to be able to work on these today. But due to circumstances beyond my control or Erich's it didn't happen. I've only had the work sheets for about 15 mins now. But... I have already decided I will not be working tomorrow, luckily for me, I am the boss and can decide that. So I will be working on this non stop until they are done and ready to input into the game. So basically just think of this as Christmas eve and when you wake up tomorrow you'll have a wonderful gift under your OOTP tree

One other thing, guys please dont PM me asking me to hurry and release something tonight. in the 6 mins since i posted that I've had 6 PMs asking for something tonight. Not trying to be a Jerk or anything, but that's just not helping my cause to actually get work done

Any idea of the time these are going to be up? I don't wanna be pushy but the same thing happened last year with rosters. We were always told one more day, one more day and nothing. I know this is all volunteer stuff that you fellas do and its hard work, work that I know I couldn't do. Basically me and 29 other guys are anxiously waiting to start our online league and all eyes are on you guys

. Again, don't wanna sound pushy but any info would be good so I can tell the rest of the guys.

I am putting off going into work tomorrow, so 2 things, 1) i can work later tonight than normal on this, and 2) so if i need it i have tomorrow uninterrupted to work. I ABSOLUTELY will have something available before tomorrow is over. I know you heard this last year. But I will PROMISE there's going to be a first beta release tomororow.
