I think what he desires is GOOD/GREAT starters completing their games, but, not every tom, dick or harry that just has average endurance. I sort of like the average guys getting some complete games so I sort of stay at the normal setting myself.

Do you ever get guys who have extremely long careers?
I thought I might have to tweak my walk settings because I noticed my all-time leader (batter) has 3134 career walks. After looking at his card though..he was always had a good but believable walk totals for his career but he played from the age of 19 to 45...pretty much a full-time starter from 20-45 years old. For me this gives a little personality to the parks as you'll be able to tell which parks our pitchers parks and what ones are hitters parks. I like the setting it up that way so that if a team gets a player that suits their park he can really put up some nice numbers over the course of a whole career creating some guys whose careers seem to standout which makes it feel less vanilla to me. I just didn't anticipate guys playing 27 years. Any 41 seasons so far my top 10 in games looks like this: Games Years 3941 (1901-1927) 3527 (1901-1924) 3482 (1905-1930) 3452 (1904-1928) 3386 (1909-1931) 3365 (1914-1937) 3363 (1913-1936) 3318 (1916-1939) 3260 (1913-1936) 3172 (1905-1926) Considering there have only been 8 players in real-life who have over 3000 games and only three players who have more than 3081 games....I think the only setting I need to tweak should be aging. Using Skydogs settings 1.01 I'm very happy with the stats as a whole. I've had one .400 hitter (.403), season high of 57 HR with only a few guys who have been able to get 50+. All-time HR hitter has 719, one other has 663 and everybody else in the top 100 is between 290 and 558. Really happy with everything except careers are lasting a bit too long which obviously effects certain career stats. Now...after way too much rambling on my part.... Does anybody have any aging settings that they use that I could use as a starting point or any advice on the subject for that matter. Thanks.
