Um, where are the interleague games?

I have it checked off in the setup. I generate the schedule but there are no interleague games? What am I missing this time?

Is the league historical? What year? I am wondering if the game is using an actual MLB schedule from a year that interleague did not exist.

Fictional, real players.

Balanced or unbalanced schedule? Not sure if that does/should make a difference, but I suspect it might.

Hmm. . . okay. It's balanced. I switched it off and regenerated - still the same result.

something in the game wont create it, the only way you can get an interleague schedule is to create one yourself or to import one. I play with current MLB set up and import my schedules from lahman database to get the interleague games.

Can anyone confirm this? Find it odd that they give you the option for interleague play but it won't generate a schedule for you!

The schedule the game generated for my 8 team league (two sub-leagues of 4) was unusable. It had my team playing two of the three other teams in my sub-league (completely ignoring the third team) and just one of the teams in the other sub-league. It appeared that I was playing all three teams an equal number of times. As soon as I saw this, I turned off interleague play and regenerated the schedule.

Not sure. I know that if your league is based on current MLB structure you will get interleague play.

I believe it is what someone said earlier. The schedule currently used is not interleague, therefor you don't get the games.

Is the league a standard structure ie MLB style and division set up? If it is not then I don't know if there are interleague type schedules in the game. You may need to do a custom schedule. Ping LGO the schedule guru.

Sorry I can't help further.

Well, I just went in and added a few games by hand for interleague. Was sure to keep the home/away splits even.

I have a 2L-4D-3T setup for 12 teams in all; 6 in the AL and 6 in the NL.

From this I'd say you need a custom schedule to get interleague play.

Well, in case anyone ever needs it or wants to use it as a base for something else, it's attached. Not perfectly balanced, but each team still has 162 games and an even number of home and away. And each team has a two, three game interleague series.
