Since my game crashes everytime I try to add a league....who wants to help me out?

I want to create a fictional league, but I can't because my game crashes each time I try to add a fictional league. If someone could make a game and send/post the template somewhere I would be eternally grateful. What I'm looking for is something like this:

English League 1
20 teams (1 division)

English League 2
24 teams (1 division)

English League 3
24 teams (1 division)

English League 4
24 teams (1 division)

English League 5
24 Teams (1 division)

English League 6
44 teams (2 divisions with 22 teams each)
