Will we still need the BETA patch, or just this patch? When download this new patch, what file path should we put it in to?

Can we get a list of what was fixed just since the beta was released leaving out the things the beta claimed to fix? Does that make sense?

Also, can we get a sense of what are the plans for future patches? Timeline? Any at all? I ask this for us people in multiple online leagues who will/might debate using this patch, or wait for one that might be released in 1 or 2 even 3 or more weeks.

Thanks for the hard work by the way with this one.

This looks like the same fix list from the beta. So I'm guessing the only change is now it's no longer beta?

Just this patch.

Put it where you prefer, it doesn't matter, then once downloaded, just execute it and it will find and patch your game.

Download it and install it, even when the "big" changelist is the same, there have been more improvements since the beta one.

anyone know if the "interupt a simming game" issue was fixed. I didnt see it, but maybe it was in the "small bug" list.

For the Mac version, do I just install over the old one and backup my mods and saved games?

When I extracted the patch to my Apps folder, the patch does not start up and does not seem to find and update the old one.

Also, the download file is named "ootpb2007_patch_202.dmg", but the install file is named "OOTP Baseball 2007 Patch 201". Is this just an oversight?

I had the same problem with the Mac version. However, when I opened my game, it had patched correctly.

With the PC patch... only 2 files updated? Is that correct? The Mac version updated like 900 files or something.

It is correct. When you open the PC game after patching it will say it updated 9XX files.

IIRC, it appears that way on the surface, but when starting the game it will update the greater number of files and let you know the patch was successfully installed at that time. Ah, bp_ got there before me. At least we agreed.

I think the "small bugs" list includes a lot of things that most people wouldn't consider "small"...

Yes, I would like to know as well if this patch contains the same exact fixes as the beta. Otherwise, your efforts are most appreciated as always!!!

Thanks!

For the Mac Version, just open the .dmg and run the patcher. The "201" label is just an oversight.

For people in multiple online leagues, I would recommend every league update to this "official" release.
