Making historical imports draft eligible.

I don't see an option to add individual historical imports to the amateur draft. As far as I can tell, you are only able to add them to your league as free agents.

I am running a fictional league full of random players throughout history. When I complete the first season I would like to have a draft full of random historical players for the season-two amateur draft.

I know in past versions you were given the option to add players as either free agents or draft-eligible amateurs. Am I missing something, or has this been removed from the current version?

I requested the feature in one of my previous posts, but as of now, I don't think it's possible. The closest thing I found was importing them and placing them onto a feeder league. Once they reach the max age of the feeder league, they will be placed into the ammy draft. It's not as easy as importing them directly to the draft would be, but it works.

Thanks for the tip, EDM. I created the feeder league and set the max age at 17, and everything seemed to work out fine. You're right, not nearly as easy as importing directly to the draft, but it does indeed work.
