Ted Owens ,the Pittsburgh Rebels 1B has just been sidelined with a sprained ankle sustained while running away from the police. His profile gives him "2" for baserunning/instincts/stealing. I don't have the running ratings for the law officers

Well, he is on the 'Rebels', so that part makes sense. If memory serves me correct, during beta we dug up some data and found that Pittsburgh does have 155 donut shops, which is lower than the national figures for donut shops.

If you check, I would bet that Ted's intelligent rating is a tad low also.
