Problem with player pictures

I am in my second season with fake players.

I just started spring training and I see that some players now have blank (white/gray) portraits. When I try to change picture it changes to a picture of a stadium.

Some players have the SION background as their picture and also cannot change.

What can I do?

See if you think it could be related to this (read all the way down):

TT 3677 - FaceGen Affected by Update

If so, restarting the program should make FaceGen work again. You have to go back to the blank players and regenerate their pictures, however.
