Still No coaches/scouts/managers

I have now installed patch 8.0.0.11 and still all games I creat have only coachs/scouts.managers at the major league level, and when you go to hire personel, none are available????

Quick work around, I think. I started the quickstart then added another Major league with full minors (fictional). Then delete the league. It would appear that all the coaches and scouts were released and are available to be signed. I do not have time to check this before work, but it appears to do it ok.

EDIT: There were over 700 created and are available to be signed.

But doesn't it also release all the players into the FA pool?

It does not appear to fill the teams with fictional players. It creates the league, then you have to fill them with the "fill teams with fictional players" function. If you delete the league it appears to be no problem.
