Cam some one explain the power rankings. For instance what does +/- Tendency mean? What does Pytrecord mean? What does Diff. mean? Thanks.

+/- is a quick reference of how much a team has moved since the prior week on the rankings. Pytrecord is what the team's record should be based on runs scored and runs allowed. Finally, Diff. is the difference between this record and their actual record.

I cannot find any reference to 'tendency'. Anyone know what that means in relation to 'Power Rankings'?
