OOTP 8 save game from OOTP 2007 coaches gone?

I read that there is a problem with OOTP 8 MLB quick start. But my OOTP 2007 dynasty seems also to be a bit problematic on OOTP 8.

Even if all coaches, scouts and doctors are still on my screen, some of them were hired by some college (football?) teams.

Is this an known issue?

White, Dean, Thomas and Watkins are "also" with football teams now ...

I just found out that Dean doesn't scout anymore (next opponent scouting = no report)

All my coaches and scouts are messed up

Some are coaching non-exiting football teams, other appear at other minor league team rosters while I still pay them.

any solutions on this?

recently returned to OOTP 8 after installing the game again on new machine. but the same problem appears again

i spend more than half a year for the game and dont want to give it up.
