Historical League Question

I am playing a historical league with no fictional players. But every so often a fictional player will show up. Where are these players coming from and has anyone else noticed this.

If you're playing with full minor leagues and not ghost players, they could be coming from there.

Are you sure they're not just real ML players you've never heard of?

I always play with ghost players, plus if they are real players they would have their real stats available.

How many are showing up (one or two, a whole bunch?), and where are they showing up?

Check your settings for importing historical players if you haven't already.

I am using ghost players and the box that says block fictional players from reaching the majors is in black. I always use ghost players and for some reason you can't check the box underneath.. I am only coming across a few every season. It isn't a biggie I just wondered how it happens. Thanks

I think you have to uncheck the ghost option and then you should be able to
check the block fictional players from making the majors.

When you uncheck ghost players, then select block fictional players, then ghost players darkens. I don't want full minors. Thanks for the idea anyway.
