Deleted leagues and html reports...

I'm running OOTP8 for the mac and I'm trying to get an online league off the ground. I started the online league by using the "Start Major League Game" function. I edited the league structure to have 18 teams and made 4 affiliated minor leagues to go with it. Then I deleted all of the original minor leagues (like the Independent League and the Southern League. When I publish the html reports, though, all of the minor leagues are still listed in the SION homepage. Any clue on what to do?

I'm not sure if it will work the same way, but I read somewhere that with an expansion team the first year it will have a blank history all the way to the beginning of the league, until the end of the teams first season, and then it will be properly formatted. Maybe if you get through the first season it will fix itself, I certainly wouldn't hold me to that explanation though.

Hmmm.... well I can sim a season with a backup file and find out.

Alright. I tried this method and still the old leagues are there in the HTML reports. Any clue on what to do about that?
