This may sound pushy but....

It looks like an update is not in the plans so I humbly ask if you could provide us with a date of pre-order. I know it is probably a bad thing to ask. Your are probably in the early stages of bug testing and I understand if you can not give one, but just thought that it doesn't hurt to ask. Either way thank you.

Just wondering

Before the all-star break is a little vague is there any way the date could be narrowed down a little. Maybe not just thought I would ask and all.

That's great, but in real life players do not have to be on the 40-man roster to be used in spring training.

But that wasn't what he asked about, at least not the way I read it.

Indeed, that's how OOTP works, but that's not how real life works. Outright waivers are irrevocable in real life; option years don't matter. Options only matter when you want to demote a player to the minors but *keep him on the 40-man roster*. If you want to take a guy off the 40-man, he should go on irrevocable waivers no matter what.

Well, good.

I would like to pre-order but still pay full-price.

Well hells bells. No wonder I couldn't find a preorder link anywhere on the entire OOTP site!

read everything (I have no idea why I did), two things...

1) have a filter on this board that changes Marcus to Markus and anyone who joins by the name Marcus can legally change their name.

and

2) I'm glad MD isn't around.

Hi.

Talking User Created Award

Hi,

Awesome game sir! Have been a fan since 2002... Quick inquiry: Is it possible that the user defined award can be determined by a user defined formula as opposed to just selecting the players ourselves? Ex. I created a Spark Plug Award Which ended up being like OPS + SB + Runs or something of that nature... Is it possible to define that in the game and have the AI select the award winner based on the stats that plug into the user defined formula?

Thanks again for a wonderful game...

Thumbs up

Ooh! Great idea!

Of course, then we'd want to be able to define three or four different awards….
