Windowed, 1600x1200. My native is 1024x768 but I have recently started doing uniform designs and the higher resolution makes the faces & uniforms less fuzzy.

Windowed is a must to facilitate uniform design & participating in the forums.

I ain't all fancy-like.
Another 1024x768 user here. I run the game in full screen mode so I can view both the batter and the Pitcher while playing out games.

I find that if I set the taskbar to auto-hide, I can still see them in windowed mode. In fact, a standard part of me opening OOTP includes setting the taskbar to auto-hide.

I keep the taskbar on top but, before I open OOTP, I grab the top of the taskbar & drag it down to the bottom of the screen. Once the game has launched I can drag the taskbar back up to its normal position (and still see both batter & pitcher).

I think this is the best of both worlds: I have full screen OOTP and I can also multitask.
