My Scoreboard Lights Are Burned Out!

I bought the game several months ago. I noticed on play by play (this is in the 2007 version) that the scoreboard remains blank. I thought I saw someone address a similar situation. Any help in repairing the score board?

Thanks Bruce.

That thread left me a little concerned. The last two posters couldn't get OOTP to work after deleting the bin file. No comments after that. Did the issue get resolved?

Oddly enough, I ran into the blank scoreboard issue the other day. I've been simming games for months now but probably haven't played one since last fall. I've never run into the scoreboard issue before, don't know why it popped up now. Not a big deal, since I'm more of a simmer than a gamer and OOTP9 is around the corner.

Well that method worked fine for me just last week.

Same thing happened to me last year. If my memory serves me correctly there is a quick fix for your problem.
Unfortunately, I cannot remember how it is done. Hopefully someone else can remember the quick fix.

Not a big deal but i wonder why this hasn't been fixed in a patch yet.

I imagine that you will get the very same answer that I got to my question here:

Left/Right Spits in fictional league

Thanks for the help.

I deleted the bin file and went back into the game. I had no issues with a longer than usual start-up time as some posters did. When I entered my first pbp, the scoreboard was fine, but the stadium had disappeared. I tried to reload the stadium and got nothing. Then I simmed the first game and opened a 2nd game. Lo and behold, the stadiums had returned. Color me baffled. But, it worked.
