Can I do this...
I have two computers. One is connected to the internet and the other is not. The computer connected is slow and crappy. So, can I download OOTP8 and then copy the files to the other computer?
Also, does the game require a somewhat powerful computer? Cause my comp is new, but it's bare to the bones. |

This is by no means an official response but I think the answer is yes, but you will need to contact e-license.
Straight "out of the box" it will not work as you do need an Internet connection in order to get the license. However I have read they have options for "off-line" license, but I have never done it. Also you do want as powerful a computer as possible. I have a monster quad core, 4 gig PC and it still runs way too slow for me.
