I suppose the answer is no. Although there is a 1940 Quickstart that should have negro league teams in there. But I believe all the players would be fictional.
Is there a somewhat reliable (I know that the record-keeping wasn't solid for those teams) database or website with the players' information? If not, I see a summer project....

There are uniforms and some stats in the Gambo database, but apparently the Hall of Fame has done extensive research and has a database of Negro League stats. The only problem is that they don't seem to be releasing that data.

I know that my 9th edition of the Baseball Encyclopedia has a section with player stats for the Negro Leagues. That edition ends after the 1992 season. I assume that later editions have the same material in them.
I think one of the biggest problems with Negro League stats is the difficulty of getting accurate scoring information. Many of the games may not have had an official scorer or the materials have been lost over the years. There is an excellent website dedicated to the Negro Leagues and the Negro League Hall of Fame. You could check them out to see if there is more up to date reference material available. The web site is Negro League Baseball Dot Com - The Online Home of Negro League Baseball History |

This is another site for the negro leagues that I like: Negro League Baseball Players Association - The most informative Negro League Baseball site!
