I was just looking into this recently myself. Sadly, the answer is "no". The Windows licensing is done by eLicense, the Mac licensing by eSellerate. Since they're two different companies, the licensing is completely seperate.
It would be nice if there were an option available to convert your licensing. I've been thinking about picking up a second Windows license so I can run the game in WINE on one of my Linux boxen. |

IIRC, the licensing for the Mac & PC are different and incompatible - you need to purchase the Mac version separately.
Or you could run the PC version on your Mac in Parallels.

But yeah, they're separate products. |

If you absolutely want it on a mac, you could do like I did and contact Andreas Raht about getting the discount code for OOTP 8 on mac. It'll run you a few bucks (like, 6 or 7), but if you absolutely want to run it natively on mac, it's the best way. Plus, you get an update.
