Manually "sign" a player?

I'm starting a new fictional league and I want to manually move some players around. Is there an easy way to do this?

The teams that were set upon league creation were 90% ok so I don't want to realease and re-draft the entire league. I just want to move 20 or so players around to different teams. I've gone and released those players from their original teams but I can't seem to get them to the new team!

Thanks.

You didn't have to release them, but you can still do it. Go in the editor from a player's page, and you'll see a dropdown list under "team information, select new team". It works like a charm. All you'll have to do is edit their contract from the same screen, if you play with finances on.
