Finances in Historical leagues
I've been running a test sim for 15 years and only three teams (Houston, Washington and someone else) are making money. What can I do to correct this?

Specifically, media revenue which is 0. I checked attendance and it's right.

Average media contract is 1.5M. Revenue sharing is turned off.

 Is media revenue set to market size? I don't even remember if you can do that in a historical league.
