Can I transfer league history?

If I have a freshly-generated and unplayed 1993 MLB and a freshly-generated and unplayed fictional 1993 league, is there any way to copy/transfer the league history auto-generated with the former to the latter? What I'm trying to do is to have a fictional league (new for me) with actual MLB teams but fictional players and with actual MLB history. Can it be done? If so, how?

I really don't know if that is possible, but what you could do is delete all of the players from the actual MLB league and replace them with fictional players.

He's right...probably the easiest thing to do is set up a historical league...release all players to free agents....delete all free agents...then fill all teams with fictional players

You may also try swapping player.dat files...that may work but you would have to have all the league structure exactly the same as far as teams and minor league affiliates and that kind of stuff. It still may not work.
