Actually, Pei is the family name and Jie-xi is the given name. So I'm not sure if it should be Pei Jie-xi or Jie-xi Pei. So do what you will.

If I recall correctly, the last league I made Sunday night, Markus was a minor league MR with an ERA around 5. Clearly didn't do himself much in the way of favors!
