VORP across conferences
I have a league split into two conferences or sub-leagues of two divisions each. Conference A only plays Conference A, and B only plays B. In other words, no interleague play. A averages almost 5.0 runs per game. B only scores about 4.0.
Does OOTP figure VORP for the league as a whole, using the average run context of the whole league? Or does it figure VORP based on the run context of each sub-league? It appears everyone from both leagues is on the same scale, with no adjustment, but I'm not entirely sure.
