Got CD when i preordered OOTP9 but only has OOTP8 and older games

Hello hope somebody can help me on this for I am not sure as to what I can do or what I should do.

I did a preorder for OOTP9. I also ordered the CD to go along with this. However I just recieved the CD last night and noticed it has many games on it and ONLY goes up to OOTP8. I did get the code for the game of which i think is only for OOTP9. Am i allowed to download the older games without penalty?? Meaning that u r only allowed 2 downloads period. I just want to be able to enjoy playing again. Dont want to wait anymore. I want to play

. What happened before was my PC crashed twice which meant i was out of luck and couldnt download my older games anymore. However i dont want to lose a download because i did a download from CD.

If your PC crashed, you wouldn't be out of luck. All you have to do is contact elicense and explain the situation. They are very helpful and would have reset your license #'s for you.

I have in the past explained to the dowload people and they have cleared my code. I lost a computer to a hard drive crash and a power supply on another. They are very helpful.
