What setting do I have wrong?

Importing v5.5 of the Lahman database for 2006 and I setup to play as the MN Twins and the manager never imports correctly. Players are fine, and I think the rest of the personnel are fictional correct? But I cannot get the manager to import correctly. So is there a setting that will cause this?

Managers do not import, they are fictional as well.
