Is this a bug? - Odd batter ratings

In my current league, using CBL's rosters, currently in 2013, I noticed there have been several batters last two season that were in the ammy draft with some odd ratings.

The have 7 for contact (actual and potential), but one's in just about all the other categories. When I peeked at the actual ratings in the editor, I noticed the BABIP is 250, but every other offensive rating is very low (10 or less).

Anyone else seeing this kind of occurrence?

i think this actually came up on the FOF boards in the recent past. ive certainly seen this as well. a crappy player otherwise but with crazy BABIP ratings that you could eventually develop into a good singles only hitter. my understanding was this was logged as a bug and addressed for OOTP9.
