Does anyone know how to get historical rookies to appear on college or HS teams if I have the setting for the draft to import from feeder leagues only?

I don't believe this is possible. Well...at least not easily done. You would have to transfer them individually and probably change their ages.

Ok...Thanks. That is a cool option for fictional leagues though.
