Update HTML reports: Team Pit. BABIP and Player Def. Ratings

I think two things need to be made visible on HTML reports:

1) Team Pitching BABIP used to be in v6.5 League Pitching Reports ... this has now been omitted. This information cannot be found anywhere in the game, but is *very* important for evaluation of team defense.

2) Player HTML profiles list only the positional aptitude, but not the component defensive ratings (range, error, arm, turns DPs), so that the picture of a player's defensive ability is severely limited from just this report. Having the full ratings available on HTML would make evaluating player defense in online leagues much easier.

Edit: I have now found team pitching BABIP in the League Stats page. Great. If this could be populated on the League Pitching Stats page linked in the league home page, that would be great as well.
