Rule V draft bug

The rule V draft doesn't work in my game. It is enabled in the league setup. In the menu that lets you sim up to a point, the rule V draft always appears, but is dated for December 1st...eleven years forward from the current year (example, if the current date is 6/15/1996 the rule V draft will be on 12/1/2007). The game runs fine otherwise.

Latest version (OOTP8 .13 patch), historical league.

What year are you in when you see this issue? Does it actually occur during 1996?

What was the first year that you began playing this league?

I had this same issue on a sim started in 1929. First Rule V draft was scheduled for 2007, then advanced a year each year the sim progressed.

Ver. 8.0.0.13

I started in 1995. 1996 was just an example.

When did you turn the rule 5 draft on? If I set up a historical league, add minors and turn Rule 5 on, by the time the playoffs have finished, the rule 5 draft is showing up on the correct year.
