Mod makers private forums and chat rooms

I am currently building an OOTP site and looking for something unique. Do all of you mod mmakers see any benefit and use for private forums and chat rooms for mod makers only use? You can get together either on forum of your own or in realtime chat rooms devoted to each major type of mod. I wil be willing to host such forums and chat rooms if there is any interest. Idea is to allow you to get together and kick round ideas, discuss projects in real time and not be bothered or interrupted by queries and distractions.

categories I have in mind are:
databases
roster sets
utilities
logos/banners
stadiums
web sites/mambo

am sure there are more areas to be considered, this is just my starting point.
