MVP 2005/Fictional Stadium Question

After EDM put together his series of MVP 2005 screenshots to use for real-world stadiums in OOTP, I was wondering how easy it would be to use the in-game "create-a-stadium" tool from that game to make fictional ballparks and use screenshots of those for fictional leagues. From my brief experience with the (console version) game the options for stadium customization seem pretty limited, but it seems like it might work.

MVP's create-a-park feature is really quite limited, sadly. After the first 5 or 6 ballparks, they're all gonna start looking the same.
