Way to increase size of client window?

I have a nice, big, 20.1" monitor that supports a resolution of 1680x1050. When I run OOTP2K6 in windowed mode (which is indeed my preference), it only takes up about 2/3rds of the screen, vertically. Is there any way I can stretch it to take up the whole vertical space? An .ini tweak, or something?

(I couldn't decide whether to post this in mods, or technical support. I would have gone with the latter, except that that forum seems to be devoted exclusively to glitches and bugs.)

I was curious as to whether there was any new information on this. It's nearly impossible to a get a good look at your entire organization in windowed mode.

In data\config there's an "app" file that looks like it functions as a basic .ini for the game, but it doesn't have anything about setting custom resolutions, unfortunately.

I know negative answers aren't helpful, but it was the best I could do. Sorry.
