Where to find first/last name lists

I had no idea which forum to put this in...but does anyone know of any resources where I can find first/last name lists (even books on these names will suffice) for foreign countries? The Gaminggeeks website had a pretty extensive list for many of these nationalities, but its server has been down for quite a while. I especially want to find resources for African names, as they vary from region to region and, in some cases, even from country to country.
